Stewart Creek Golf Course

Created by the famed architect, Gary Browning, these 18 holes have been placed in a manner that is utterly harmonious with the setting. The course is comprised of 7,195 yards and 72 strokes, making the course one of the most exciting in Western Canada. With his great sensitivity to the environment, Browning, a native to Canmore, has clearly demonstrated his philosophy of marrying a golf course to its surroundings. It is no wonder that Stewart Creek Golf and Country Club was rated the Best New Course in Western Canada in 2002 by Golf Digest, with a 4 ½ star rating in 2002, 2003, and 2004. The startling 360 degree mountain views, abandoned mine shafts, abundant wildlife, and the presence of Stewart Creek, make this course a perfect golfing vacation destination.
