Accommodations

Rimrock Resort Hotel offers Banff’s most exclusive accommodation on Sulphur Mountain, and provides travelers with the amenities and services expected of a luxury hotel. The Rimrock Resort Hotel has four guest room categories to choose from, and all 346 guest rooms offer a smoke-free environment. Rooms are similar in size (approximately 350 square feet) and décor and are categorized by their view. The warm contrasting earthy tones and dark wood accents in all guest rooms are complimented by the natural beauty surrounding the resort.

GrandView Guest Rooms: Modern Elegance. These newly designed rooms offer clean architectural lines and classic accents that inspire serenity. These rooms offer relaxation and comfort while you enjoy extraordinary views of the Canadian Rockies. GrandView services and amenities include VIP Check-In Service, in room safety deposit box, turndown service, personalized wake up calls, bathrobes, Aveda beauty products, Philips 32-inch widescreen LCD television, and Wireless Internet Access, Simmons® Beautyrest® Majestic Pillow Top bed(s), with independent Pocketed Coil® springs, and fitness and business centre access.

Premium Guest Rooms: The Bow or Spray Valley is on permanent display from your Premium guest room. Refurnished in 2008, these rooms also offer the highest degree of attention to detail and include a Philips 32-inch widescreen LCD television, in room safety deposit box, plush terry robes, Simmons® Beautyrest® Majestic Pillow Top bed(s), with independent Pocketed Coil® springs, refreshing Treatments beauty products, and complimentary Wireless Internet access.

Deluxe Guest Rooms: Deluxe guest rooms flaunt views of the majestic, lofty peaks of Mount Rundle, and include refreshing Treatments beauty products, Philips 32-inch widescreen LCD television, Simmons® Beautyrest® Excellence Pillow Top bed(s), with independent Pocketed Coil® springs, and in room safety deposit box.

Superior Guest Rooms: With an interior that is as well appointed as our Deluxe guest rooms, a Superior room will have an alpine view or may be obstructed by parts of the hotel, and include refreshing Treatments beauty products.
All guest rooms feature cable television with in room movies and video games, in room temperature controls, two phones, designated workspace, wireless high speed internet access, radio, in room tea and coffee, hair dryer, and iron and ironing board.

Spa

Spoil yourself in the splendor and tranquility of the Canadian Rockies in our full service Spa. Men and women may choose from an extended menu of treatments including body treatments, facials, hand & foot care, and massages.

Pools

Registered Hotel and Spa guests are welcome to use the indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool, or to relax and unwind on the pool decks. Don’ t worry, if you forget your swimsuit, you may purchase one from their retail area. An adult must always accompany children under the age of 12; a waiver can be signed by a parent or legal guardian for children between the ages of 12 to 17, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Change rooms are equipped with lockers, steam rooms, showers, towels and full amenities. In the summer months, you can enjoy lunch on the outdoor patio decks, weather permitting.

Fitness Facility

Their Fitness Facility is available to Hotel guests 16 years and older for $5 a day or $10 for your entire stay. The Rimrock Resort Hotel is pleased to offer the Atlantis 5 Station Multi-Station, Star Trac Cardiovascular equipment, exercise balls & mats, resistance tubing and a full array of dumbbells, barbells and Olympic free weights for squat rack or bench press use.

Squash court bookings may be made in advance. Racket and ball rental are also available. There are also Yoga classes are every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm for an additional fee. Private classes may also be booked in advance through the Spa Manager. Certified instructors offer personal training and lifestyle consultations on request.
